We process orders between Monday and Friday and do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be processed in 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders that have been processed in the UK will take 4-10 business days to arrive. For international orders, it can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live. However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.

RETURN POLICY

• 30-Day Returns (excluding clearance/final items)
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
• We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
• International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• We cannot accept returns (even within 30 days of purchase) for items listed as final sale at the time of purchase. The acceptance of a return is at the sole discretion of the Popilush team
